This would be for a medium to smaller larger breed fit. This is a crazy nice jacket. It’s got an adjustable under belly strap as well it straps around the upper chest. If you don’t want it flopping around you can secure the jacket down with the back leg straps that you can strap around the back legs and it will keep the jacket down so it actually keeps the majority of your dog dry! As far as measurements- The smallest it’ll go on the chest is 12 inches wide And biggest is 12 across It’s 19.5 inches long
