Sheer Black Blouse With Much Detailing

A charming Charlie black sheer blouse. The detailing is incredible. It has a pattern across the front that is adorable! A tie in the front near the collarbone. Tighter stitching under the breasts, a few inches down from the elbow, and an elastic band toward the end of the sleeve. It is Flowy and very see through, which I admire.
