Sheer Black Swiss Dot Dress

Really cute sheer dress made of stretchy nylon mesh Swiss dot material. Short sleeves with little cuff detail and A-line pleated skirt. Some pilling on the back bottom of the skirt—see pic. No tags. I’d say this would best fit a size 2, but it has a lot of stretch. See measurements: Pit to pit: 12” Length: 34” Waist: 10.5”
