Sheer Delight!

DONATED! This dress is a sheer black material with yellow and periwinkle designs! Bell sleeves (about 20”) with matching tie belt (can be worn without it). About 38.5” from shoulder to hem. 22” across front. I always wore it with black slip because of sheer fabric.
