Sheer Dot Blouse

Adorable Swiss dot blouse with cuffed long sleeves and flattering peplum. Top portion is double lined, bottom portion is not lined and sheer. Super cute with jeans. Size on tag is 3X, but fits like 2X. Measurements listed in last photo. Brand new, never worn. Missed my return window
