Sheer Floral Button Down Dress

Lovely navy blue sheer floral dress with tiny buttons down the front. Wear over shorts or pants, with a slip, or just underwear. Size small with elastic waist, buttons end 28 inches from bottom so from just above the knee down it is open (on me, 5’7”). 100% polyester, feels like chiffon. Measurements: Chest- 18 inches Waist- 12.5 inches, stretches to about 19.5 inches Length- 55 inches Sleeve length- 15 inches
