Sheer Floral Print Blouse

Sheer floral print blouse with Ruffled neckline and sleeves. Pearlescent buttons in front, tie included for cinched waist. Like new - No tags but never worn, was bought in Korea. There are no care instructions but I'd wash on delicate cycle or handwash. I am a US 6 and although this fits me, it's a little better suited for a 4 as the shoulders might feel a little tight.
