Sheer High Low Maxi Dress

This dress is perfect for beach wear. Outer skirt is overlapping at the waist, creating the effect of a high slit. There is a sheer lining skirt underneath. The top has a snap closure, so you can choose your level of modesty. Straps are adjustable. Length from armpit to hem is 48" Armpit to hem of inner layer is 25.5" Waist elastic and 13" laid flat While the waist stretches, there is not a ton of give with the lining skirt. 40"- 42" hips are about as large as I recommend for this dress.
