This top is made of sheer plaid in black and white sleeveless with 2.5” of smocking at the hem. It has ruffles surrounding the collar and button placket to frame your beautiful face. It measures 20” ptp and it’s 25” long. Wear it with a cropped cami or with a bralette-it’s so cute with white shorts. Loved it.
