Sheer Polka dot shirt dress with camisole tunic

Gray and white polka dot dress from Old Navy. Outer layer is sheer and sits just above knee (on me, I’m 5’3), back is slightly longer. Inner layer is fitted gray camisole dress. Looks great with a belt, does not have loops. Only worn a couple times, in great condition!
