Not for the shy type! These pants *will* draw looks. Extremely flirty and sexy, the fabric is sheer with lining . Dark navy blue -white polka dots. I topped with a white cropped jacket for a wedding but I think they scream to be taken out to town. Waist: 14.5 Length: 30-32 (hi-low ruffles at the bottom as shown in pic).
