Sheer Swiss Dot Bow Tie Blouson Blouse

No tag, definitely a sheer polyester chiffon meant to be worn over a camisole (looks especially good over lace!) Long tie at v neckline can be worn in a bow, knot, etc. Elastic waistband at hem lightly gathers the top for a gentle blouson or "bubble hem" effect. Black and white Swiss Dot (very small polka dots) pattern in excellent condition, a few tiny threads on ties sticking off which could be trimmed. Can be machine washed/dried on gentle. 18" flat pit to pit, approx 23" long, fit S or M.
