Sheer Tunic Top / Dress

Breezy, crinkly 100% polyester tunic top/dress. Please note that this item is SHEER and UNLINED..and that it would be equally perfect and chic paired with slim pants/leggings or over a short black slip dress! Buttons to about the waist, and has roll tabs at the sleeves. ~18" from armpit to armpit, and ~32" from bottom of collar to center back hem. Brand new with tags!
