Sheer Wing-Ruffled Blouse

Sheer, ultra-chic blouse, black-&-off-white-polka-dots, ruffles at shoulders and down front, gathered at waist. Dress up or dress down. This is one of the prettiest blouses I have, but it's too small for me now. Super flattering, I've worn with skinny jeans, with a skirt, on stage, in class-- it's a fabulous wardrobe staple.
