Sheer black dress with Rose appliqué

Short-sleeved black sheer dress with two roses appliquéd on the front. The dress has a complete and separate dress slip underneath which is secured with one tiny thread loop to the shoulder seam… Or can be removed and the slip dress worn with something else or the sheer dress worn without the slip underneath. Length from shoulder to hem is approximately 33 to 34 inches. Very swingy and cute. Just a bit long for me....only tried on never worn but without tags
