Sheer black long vest.

Fun, sheer, long vest. Wear over shirts, dresses, pants. Black polka dots. 45” long. I cut the brand tag out as it was white and I didn’t want it to show through the sheer fabric. I’m assuming it’s IC Collection or Comfy brand.
