Sheer black tunic or short dress

This item is sheer black, not gray. Buttons on top with detailed side panels. I bought this at a consignment shop and it was marked 1x however there are no tags inside and it’s way too small. I measured the bust to be 18.5” (37”) so it is a size 8 according to online scale. The length from neck back to bottom is 33”.
