vintage small floral cover up, no tags but it would fit a small or extra small (small waistline!) . it is longsleeve with cinched wrists and a tie front waist. very cute! elegance with a hippie vibe! looks great with a plain tank top and jeans. it's short but I would not say it's cropped.
