Sheer flowy dress with gemstone detail

Very beautiful dress! It would need layering, as only the top portion in non-see-through. The bottom is sheer soft tulle. The tags were cut off when I got it, but it fits like a small and has some stretch to it. One itty bitty stain, but it can easily come out if you soak it. It’s only on the tulle portion. I just don’t have time to get to it and just want it moved on.
