Sheer lace unique asymmetrical polka dot blouse with dramatic sleeves

Sheer lace polka dot asymmetrical black and white blouse with statement sleeves. Size large. Brand is Dor Dor Couture. Super cute mixed print with polka dot and floral pattern. Flattering and stretchy! Bell sleeves have slits (see pic). V-neck, a-line cut. I think I ripped the fabric tag off — sorry! Flaws to note: hole in the armpit just on one side. Should be an easy stitch-up! Only other flaw is it appears some of the elastic fabric (brown-looking threads) are loose. This is not noticeable unless you look VERY close. Reflected in price!
