Sheer maxi dress

The material is like chiffon, & is sheer, it came without a lining, buttons down to the wais5. it is just so pretty, that I keep hanging on to it, though it doesn't fit me. Has no label or tags, except for the garment care instructions. It doesn't say a size, it is a drawstring waist, that ties in the back, so it could fit a small to medium.
