Sheer navy blue floral maxi dress. Sheer at the navy blue parts. Vintage. Soooo pretty. Has ties on sleeves to cinch them in to your liking and also a tie at the front to adjust to your liking. Has a little v-neck. No marked size tag but I'd say a large in women's. Please check measurements to make sure it fits the way you'd like. Brand is TESS. It does have shoulder pads. Zippered back. Small flaw: some of the ends of the ties have fraying (last photo) Measures 21 inches at the bust (42 inches), waist is 16.5 inches (33 inches), hips are 19 inches (38 inches). Pit to pit is 20.5 inches. Sleeves are 15 inches long. Dress is 51 inches long. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits. Used item, has been washed.
