Sheer rewind blouse

This blouse is made of an unknown fabric. The blouse itself is very sheer and features a red and brown floral pattern that feels like a thin velvet. The blouse is a pullover style with one button at the back, short sleeves, and the hem is edged in black lace. The fabric and care label is missing, I would hand wash this blouse.
