Sheer ruffled tie neck button up plaid blouse

Size Small Brand Vanity Purple, black, white Sheer half sleeve tunic blouse with button tabs. Buttons up the front and has a small tie at the neckline. The "collar" is a ruffle all the way around. There is a small amount of fraying on one ruffle but is not noticable once tied. There's a small amount of shirring at the back for a slight contour but the blouse is best with a belt around the waist!
