Pretty sleeveless blouse. Sheer, navy blue with tan and red floral pattern. Tie at neck to create “key-hole” opening. Small ruffles front of shoulder. Difficult to get good pics because of pattern. Size M. Unsure of brand as tag was removed but it was purchased from stitch fix.
