Sheer sleeveless ruffled button up blous

Vintage in perfect condition never worn from my mother's closet it feels like Silk although it is 100% polyester and it has a very flattering vertical black and white striped pattern and an absolutely stunning ruffle collar that extends all the way to the Hem and the shirt is a button up and all buttons are intact can be worn as a vest!
