Sheer window panel Anthropologie dress

This is the cutest sheer window panel a-line dress . I added a white cotton layer on the the bottom half of the dress but left the top sheer . This allows one to wear with different color tees/tanks or cute bra underneath ! Purchased at Anthropologie This fits best on 34b or smaller and approximately 26-28 waistline
