What size does it fit? I usually wear size 12-14 women’s in American sizing.

I usually wear a 14-16 misses, but this coat is waaaay to big. I'm also short and Not top heavy. Someone who is top-heavy and taller than5’4 will do well with this coat. Its nice and warm with soft leather! A man XXL could also wear this coat
