Shein Allover Print Tie Back Dress

This dress is very lightweight. Even with the long sleeves it can be worn in spring or summer. It has flounce sleeves and a cute tie at the back of the shoulders. It also features a little slit at the hem. The tag says 4X, but it fits like a 3X (maybe even 2X) and there's absolutely NO STRETCH to it.
