The Brand is Shein Brand New - Just received in the mail Women's size XL I purchased a size XL - thinking it might run small and this skirt actually runs tru to size. It's definitely a true XL. Leopard Print Under the knee length, but can be versatile. High waisted. I purchased to wear with some boots and a longer wool jacket. Very Cute!
