NWOT. Shein Cherry Blossom shortleeve dress. Beautiful pink and purple/grey blossoms on a blue palette. Size XS. Fits closer to a small. This is not a form fitting dress, there are belt loops for a belt. Dress did not come with a belt. Silk type fabric, very cool for hot summer day. Top of arms have overlap of sleeve. Back has small opening at top with button. 18” from armpit to armpit. 34” from total length from top of shoulder to bottom.
