Shein Crochet Fringe Oversized Top

New in bag. Purchased to use as a cover up instead of a top and sized up but should have went with normal size since it is oversized. Laying flat, pit to pit measures 23.5". Length from shoulder to hem not counting fringe is approx 26.25".
