Wide scoop neckline. Puffy capped sleeves that have elastic and can be worn on or off the shoulder. Fitted waist with elastic stretch. From the fitted waist down there is a lining throughout. There is a tie at the front chest area for decoration. Around 32” long from top of sleeve to hem. Size small. New without tags, excellent condition, never worn.
