Shein Sweetheart Neck Flutter-Sleeve Floral Satin Dress

This is a beautiful Shein 100% polyester satin midi dress with a pale aqua background and a bright coral floral print. It has a sweetheart neckline, flutter sleeves, and an empire waist. Material has no stretch. Runs small. I included a SS of the measurements from the Shein site, but it does not include the underbust seam, which is 15 inches across (see photo). For this reason, I don’t feel this is a true XL/12. I have never worn the dress, but I believe it was a return because it was delivered to me from Shein with a strong scent of laundry detergent.
