It is very generous, can be opened half way down the body of the dress. * Tie belt comes with it to cinch in the waist but doesn't have to be worn with it. * At the chest it looks like a wrap but is faux. * Has a cascading ruffle piece that drops down from the waist line and kind of turns into a 6 in. peplum style ruffle hem line.
