Shein red dress💃🏻

EUC Shein dress/blazer. Size Large.Has padded shoulders, slit bell sleeves. 2 button/snap closures. Has thin belt loops but NO BELT. I’m pretty sure you could wear this as a dress, or as a jacket/blazer. The material is nice, kinda thicker. Measurements in pics. Buy more save more from my closet😀
