Shein seersucker dress with Pom poms and open back with bow

Cute summery dress. Fits like a Medium, not sure what size it is on Shein— maybe a L, but measurements are shown. Pretty blue seersucker with festive multicolored Pom poms around an empire waist. Back is partly open but a wide bow in the back hides bra straps. I got this for my daughter’s graduation party that was cancelled due to covid.
