Shelby & Palmer Floral Dress Vtg New Size 14W

This dress has never been worn and has the original tags. It is a woman’s size 14W which means it is cut a little larger than a regular 14. It approximately 43 inches from the shoulder seam to the hemline . This is a great polyester fabric with a 22 inch working zipper. No tears or pulls in the fabric.
