Shelby &Palmer womens petite dress sz PL. Measures approx 17in from arm pit to arm pit, very STRETCHY fabric. Has sewn down pleats from neckline to hips( front and back) then flairs out in skirt. Really nice dress! Black and whie diamond pattern. EUC
