Women's Shelly & Arnold skirt. This maxi fish tail pull-on skirt has beautiful florals of green, burgundy and burnt orange and features a fish tail shape with a ruffle at the hemline. I believe this skirt is vintage, but I can't be completely sure. It is a lovely skirt. Made in India of 100% rayon. The top layer is sheer and has a green liner underneath. Size large. Laid flat measures as follows: Waist is approximately 17.5" across Hips are approximately 22" Length from waistline to hemline is approximately 37" long All offers considered and appreciated.
