Shere sleeveless blouse

Red and black shere and sleeveless witha a sewed on bow on left upper sholder. Has strip of velvet around the bouse where collar would be . The is two little small tiers right under left sewn on bow. You have to be very careful to wash and dry. The tag is off but i do remember i got it from Macy's at the Woodlands mall like shoot yrs ago.i when younger i too tags off on purpose cause i would always seeem to but them on backward anyways ( HELL some looked better backward lol). dont hesitate to ??
