@cloucel Hi there! Nope, the sleeves are not Sherpa lined but it does have a fabric lining!

@cloucel sorry I don’t have a measuring tape with me, but the sleeve is 22-23 inches long, 19 inches across the jacket (chest),16 inches across the shoulder seams,18.5 inches from collar to hip. I’m a standard XS size and it’s a comfortable, roomy fit for me
