Sherri Hill Black & White Polka Dot Dress

Dress only worn once! Strapless with rouching on the chest and a semi-deep V cut. Is a full skirt with addition tulle and a slip underneath. It is in near perfect condition, but has some discoloration towards the top from makeup. Would be very willing to price drop or have dry cleaned prior to sending! Garment bag is provided!
