The dress was altered to include removable straps and the skirt was hemmed to fit a 5'1" girl in 4 inch heels. The skirt has POCKETS big enough for any cell phone or wallet. The tulle has been cut out of the skirt but additional material has been sewn into the skirt. Dress is very beautiful and great for any formal occasion.
