I saw your rating and comment you left about the madewell scarf. It’s never been worn or been in the wash, no mildew. It’s a brand new item and I’m not sure why you smell that. I would have liked to have communicated that instead of receiving the comment you left without being able to resolve something. Best to you. I’m sorry it smells off. It’s a brand new item.
