In your opinion, could a modestly nude panel be sewed in the front? Is this a thicker satin or lightweight?

@heatheroflo absolutely! You could do a nude mesh or use a satin-like piece & cover either material in matching stones (I have extra stones that I can provide for an extra cost). You could also pull the front together & sew it closed (may require a little crafty sewing but not highly technical).
