Sherri Hill navy blue prom dress high-low gold

This navy blue high-low homecoming dress has a high collar of beautiful pearl and gold chain as seen in picture. I put Sherri Hill to get some publicity. Bought from JC Penney for about $80 the brand is "B. SMART" and it's a size three (although i usually wear bigger sizes). It's flowy, stretchy, and comfortable. A truly beautiful high-low dress!
