She's Cool - Black Sheer Tunic (upper is lined)

Excellent Condition! Unique, with white beading on black with a bird and blossom pattern. This top would be great with leggings, dress pants or jeans. It says medium, but I think closer to small. Round neck, lined on the top 3/4's and covered with an extended sheer drape that is longer on the left side. Polyester. Hand wash. Length: 37 inches on the left 26 inches on the right Pit to Pit: 18 inches across Waist: 16 inches across (with stretch room for 2-3 extra inches).
