She's Cool Maxi Dress

Size small floral She's Cool maxi dress. Sweetheart neckline. Fully lined. Elastic waist. Pink with pink and purple flowers. I removed the foam padding because it made a weird rasping noise, so there are two unnoticeable slits on the interior bust. I bought this dress with weird straps. The adjuster on one strap doesn't work, and both straps are not sewn on right. It never bugged me, since I would just stick a pin on the one that doesn't adjust and wear a jacket/cardigan over it.
