She’s USA. Black sheer, long sleeve, zip up top with black and white leather trim. Size M This is a vintage designer item in excellent condition. Some very slight marks on leather around neckline shown in photo. Material tag has been cut out as shown in photo. Body of top is double layer of sheer material. Sleeves are single layer of same sheer material trimmed in lace. Material has some stretch.
